Evan is a graduate student at American University's School of International Service, where he is currently studying U.S. Foreign Policy. Evan graduated from The Ohio State University in 2024, where he majored in World Politics and History. Evan is interested in studying how states interact with each other within a rapidly-shifting international relations environment.
