As a research Analyst at The Plakhov Group, Chase is currently working as a part of the PG Daily Ops team.

Chase is currently pursuing a Masters of Agriculture in Resource Economics from the University of Alberta. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Alberta, as well as a certificate in Globalization and Governance. 

His main areas of research interest rely heavily on resource security, including agricultural, energy and mineral security, understanding the role of these sectors in international relations. Chase’s research has focused on trade relations and the political economy between North America and East Asia.
