As Chief Editor at The Plakhov Group, Anatolii coordinates and reviews the organization's publications, manages its social media channels, and works closely with members of the executive team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analysis.

Anatolii holds a Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law, as well as a BA Honours Specialization in International Relations. He is currently articling at a Toronto-based immigration law firm.

Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, Anatolii is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
